Strength
In order to be stronger, you need to be strong; or at the very least have it in you. In order to lift the bar, you cannot be weak - you must be strong. Strength creates strength, weakness creates weakness.
Awake
The work you do will change you if you do it; your indifference will ache as loud as it can when you first taste the contrast of what you were and what you could have been sooner.
Dignity
I may never know what it's like to be short, but I sure know what it's like to be small. Don't let belittlement set your height; choose to stand proud, and live from that posture.
Responsibility
When I found out, time and time again, that my entire life is largely self-authored; I fell knowing it is my curse, and I stood up knowing that it is my cure.
Metamorphosis
One honest literary work can replace thousand's of conversations; let it enlighten your mind and cherish it deeply.
Readiness
How ready you are starts as bravado, but finds completeness only when it becomes your habit of arranging the day to welcome the unknown.
Proximity
Sometimes our mission stretches so far, it fails by design. Serve near, serve deeply; some hearts will only move by faces in front of them.
Courage
We live to spend our lives cowering from danger, dying unchanged - unfearful. I'll risk all for what I want—because what I want is simply everything.
Essence
Your being is primal, it is the blueprint; any strategy beyond that is simply colouring the lines. We are all missing essence, let's find more of it.
Integration
Your pen and breath, awaken. The body will remember what your mind will forget, and in union, they will keep you true. Write what you are.
Momentum
Start gently with care, then move some more; your pace becomes the pulse, and then the work will continue to carry you.
Environment
Your environment orders you around; choose your spaces wisely so that they may speak back to you, leading you to the end you would be happy to see.
Possibility
Your entire world, perhaps, even a new world waits neatly on the threshold of your reluctance.
Presence
For maximum enjoyment, prioritize the day over grand timelines. Ask yourself, "What is the best that I can do today, right now?"
Agency
Minimize the time you spend outsourcing decisions to unnerving fantasies or sporadic moods. See what is, and act.
